ABOUT THE PRODUCTION :

A fractured fairy tale, er..., hairy tale set in the timeless kingdom of Wychwood-under-Ooze, complete with King and Queen, their bratty children, a peasant family, Rapunzel and her brother, an Evil Queen, a Witch, Fairy Godmother, Mother Goose, a Big Bad Wolf, amongst several other wonderful characters that inhabit the kingdom. With sharp dialogue and modern day overtones, this play is an enchanted experience for young and old with a few musical selections to boot!

ABOUT THE DIRECTOR:

LaMarr Fields, DHCT's Vice President and Artistic Director, has been involved with theatre for over 25 years and has been an active part of DHCT for 12 years. He has also been the recipient of a PAGE award for Outstanding Achievement in Direction: a Drama, a Musical, and a One Act Play, in addition to numerous PAGE Award nominations. In 2003 he was inducted into the Dearborn Theatre Hall of Fame.

Fields' background includes the founding of the non-profit performing arts group: The Genesis Players (a San Francisco based touring group); a director/performer with the New Shakespere Company; The Park Presido Players; The Actor's Workshop;
